P&M whisky is made jointly by Brasserie Pietra and Distillerie Mavela.
Whisky is in fact distilled beer. Its production requires a brewery where the brewing and fermentation steps are carried out. The P&M wash is then distilled by MAVELA to transform it into pure alcohol. These distillations necessary for this transformation occur inside a Holstein still.
